Return Policy

• Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
• A refund will only be initiated after our team has inspected the returned goods to ensure they meet the return criteria.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled only before fulfillment. Once an order has been fulfilled, cancellation is not guaranteed.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to Us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
