Shipping Policy – Oral Max

At Oral Max, we work hard to ensure your order reaches you quickly, safely, and on time.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of being placed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next working day.

2. Shipping Partners

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier services:

  • Leopards Courier

  • PostEx Couriers

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link or SMS from the courier.

3. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once a shipping label has been created.

  • After the label is generated, the package is handed over to the courier and cannot be recalled or cancelled.

4. Delivery Time

  • Standard delivery time is usually 3–7 working days, depending on your city and location.

  • Remote areas may require additional transit time.

5. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If the courier is unable to deliver due to an incorrect address or repeated failed attempts, the order will be returned to us.

6. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours with your order number and proof, and we will assist you.
