Founded in September 2022 by Subhan Ahmed, Oral Max began with a deeply personal mission.
When my father started experiencing gum recession and sensitivity, we struggled to find a toothbrush in Pakistan that was truly gentle on the gums while still cleaning effectively. Most brushes on the market were simply too harsh. That challenge led us to develop the softest toothbrush we possibly could — designed to protect sensitive gums without compromising oral hygiene.
After seeing the difference it made for him, we realized there were thousands of others facing the same problem. What started as a solution for one family quickly turned into a brand dedicated to improving oral care for people across Pakistan.
Today, Oral Max has grown into one of the fastest-growing oral care brands in the country, serving over a quarter of a million customers. Along the way, we have introduced innovative oral care products that were previously difficult to find in Pakistan, helping raise the standard of everyday oral hygiene.
To ensure the highest level of quality, we work closely with leading overseas manufacturers to bring international standards of oral care to Pakistan. From product development to manufacturing, every Oral Max product is carefully designed to combine innovation, safety, and performance.
But Oral Max is about more than just products. Through educational content and awareness-driven videos, our goal has always been to help people better understand oral health and take care of their smiles with confidence.

We also need to mention another member Muhammad Umair who has been with us from the start and has helped exponentially grow the brand. He has been the Chief Operating Officer since the beginning handling bottlenecks which once resolved allow us to propel forward. He is a key member of our team and a visionary and deserves a mention as Oral Max would not be what it is today without his efforts.Â
